Stephen spent the first half of his career in international environmental consulting specialising in contaminated land remediation and environmental compliance M&A projects for diverse industrial clients including the oil & gas, mining, pharmaceutical, electronics and automotive sectors amongst others. From consulting, Stephen moved to the mining and metals sector where he has developed, implemented and directed environmental and social-related projects at both the corporate and site levels. Before joining ArrowResources AG, Stephen spent many years managing the environmental and social aspects of a French company’s nickel mines & refineries as well as Australian and Canadian gold mines in West Africa. Stephen holds university degrees in Mechanical & Aeronautical Eng. and Natural Resources Science. He also holds various executive certificates including Business & Sustainability from the IMD (Lausanne) and the University of Cambridge (UK).
