Through her company RKER Consulting, Rozenn brings support to companies acting in the agricultural sector and willing to establish a meaningful and coordinated ESG approach.
Graduated from GEM (Grenoble Management School), Rozenn started her career at Kraft Foods France, renamed Mondelez in 2003 as Project Change Manager for the Chocolate and Coffee Categories then pursued in the Marketing & Sals Purchasing Department. Willing to reconsider the buyer/supplier relationship, she joined the Certificate « Social Business: Enterprise & Poverty » at HEC, Paris in 2011. Working for farming organisations in Central America for 2 years, she has developed a a deep understanding of the supply chain upstream. In 2013, she joined Louis Dreyfus Company as Global Head of Sustainability for the Coffee division. In 2020, she became Head of Sustainability for the Coffee and Cocoa business for the Swiss merchant Walter Matter. Since 2023, she is offering her services as a consultant.
