Arturs joined the tanker industry in 1995 as a tanker operator at a large shipping company after graduating from Latvian Maritime Academy in Riga and continued asa demurrage claims manager.

Since 2013 he is working in Geneva and now is head of the demurrage desk at legal services firm Sturzenegger & Co LLC serving the shipping and commodity tradingsectors. 

Arturs is passionate about demurrage claims handling and is happy to share his extensive experience with young professionals.
